Nutrition Counseling and Education
Nutrition counseling is a one-on-one session with a registered dietitian to explore your relationship with food and build lasting, realistic habits. Whether you’re struggling with diet cycling, emotional eating, or confusion around nutrition advice, we’ll work together to find an approach that feels supportive, not restrictive. My goal is to help you feel more confident and at peace with your food choices.
Grocery List and Meal Planning How-To
We can use our sessions to make your grocery lists and plan your meals in real time. This takes a task off of your plate and is a great exercise to work on implementing your nutrition recommendations into your favorite meals and snacks.
Virtual Visits
I accept health insurance and self-pay through two platforms: Nourish and Berry Street. I am credentialed to accept insurance through both companies to be able to provide care covered by a variety of health insurance plans in multiple states.

Group Classes, Workplace Wellness
Looking to empower your community, clients, or team with evidence-based, practical nutrition guidance? I offer group classes tailored to your audience. Topics range from basic nutrition information and debunking common nutrition myths, to gut health and mindful eating. Classes are interactive, informative, and designed to help participants make realistic, lasting changes to their eating habits.
