Collaborating as a team is the most-sure way to make healthier eating and living work for you. I provide you with personalized nutrition recommendations, backed by evidence-based research, and we work together on how to implement them into your life.

We will also dive into your relationship with food, working to overcome any negative thoughts, feelings, or misconceptions you may have. It can be difficult to sift through all of the health information and unsolicited advice we see online. I am your go-to to obtaining the most accurate and up-to-date research that I can provide. When I don’t know the answer to a question, I make sure to show you how I search for it.

I make the most out of virtual visits by utilizing visual aids to explain complex concepts, analyze nutrition labels together, and share a plethora of other resources.

We focus more on what we can add to your diet and life, and less about restriction. It’s important to me that you enjoy what you eat every day! My goal is to make nutrition simple, enjoyable, and sustainable for the long term.

Your First Visit

Our first session will include a thorough intake assessment. I’ll learn about your health history, lifestyle, goals, food preferences, and daily routines so we can create personalized program for you. After that, each visit will look a little different: sometimes we’ll focus on a nutrition topic, other times we may brainstorm easy meal ideas, build a grocery list, or talk through ways to make cooking or eating feel like less of a chore.

We’ll set small, realistic goals at the end of each session that move you step by step toward the bigger picture of how you want to feel.

Session Frequency and Support

Most of my clients meet with me every other week, but frequency is flexible based on your goals and preferences. You’ll also have access to me for support between sessions.
